Terms & Conditions

1. All items are brand new.
2. Buy at your own risk.
3. All customers MUST fill in the order form to place reservation.

4. No changes or cancellation allowed after placing your order.
5. Items will be sold on a first pay first serve basis. Whoever who is able to pay first will have the priority to purchase the item. However, buyers could let us know if you need more time to bank in. Reservation will only be valid for 2 days.
6. Strictly no backouts after placing your order. We are regret to inform you that backing out of transactions regardless of reason will lead to being blacklisted.
*backout buyers will not be entertained.
7. Payment will always override any verbal or oral agreement to purchase.

8. All prices stated are not negotiable.
9. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to the items.
10. Items sold are non exchangable and non refundable.
11. We will double check all the items before posting them.
12. We are not responsible for any loss/ damages caused during the delivery of items.
13. All sizes stated are our best estimate in order to assist you in making decision. However, we will not be liable if the item does not fit you.

14. There may be 0.5"-1" difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

15. All the descriptions stated in our blog are based on our personal experiences/knowledge/opinion, we will not be liable to any unpleasant experience whatsoever caused.

17. Prices stated are not inclusive of postage fee. Buyers are to bear the postage fee.

*EXCHANGE/REFUND can be done when the item received is defective. However, it should be sent back to us within 5 days.
